Warshaw Law Firm, advocating for the educational rights of special needs children, is dedicated to protecting the rights of children with disabilities and children who are the victims of or accused of bullying, and assisting families in crisis through mediation and collaborative divorce.
We represent students who have been the victims of harassment, intimidation, and bullying (“HIB”) and students who have been accused or falsely accused of harassment, intimidation, and bullying. We have been successful in enforcing the New Jersey Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Statute as well as the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination in cases involving Harassment, Intimidation, Bullying, Retaliation, and Cyberbullying.
